Turn off the DS708 WIFI and don't ever let it connect to the internet, or it will get messed up as it tries to connect by default to Autel's server.

It is no longer supported with current update software and the final updates that were once available had allegedly dumbed  down the older car software a notch or reconfigured the OE copied software enough to placate OE manufacturers and or possibly to make it's capabilities pale more in comparison to the MaxiSys successors that claimed advanced coding capabilities .
